About Pensacola Para Con

In 2009 International Psychic Medium  Ericka Boussarhane envisioned an event that combined sci-fi, paranormal, horror, fantasy, gaming, anime, costumes, indie films, comics, the Renaissance, steampunk, theater, literature, and all other channels of the arts. Circle of Life Expo, Pensacola Para Con, and Pensacola Comic Convention were born!

Our mission is to provide an affordable family event that inspires a love of learning, increases literacy, and celebrates diversity through a multi-genre fandom education.

The convention schedule incorporates celebrity meet and greets, discussion panels, workshops, screenings, demonstrations, costume contests, tournaments, and competitions.

Additionally, a portion of the proceeds benefits the Ronald McDonald House, and other various local charities.
